Considering the fact that this is a Trading Card Game item - something that does NOT exist on warmane, how else do you imagine you can obtain SST mount if not from the warmane store?

There's no way of obtaining Spectral Tiger outside of coin shop.

OP, probably, wanted to make sure that it's not obtained through any other means such as lottery, or in-game custom events.

Long time ago there was some event where one was posted in neutral AH sometimes. I think back when Deathwing realm still existed.

Yeah, tough it never went into scale to be a gold sink.

Would be cool if they posted things like that randomly, without saying anything.
