Chapter 1 : The call of the Crusade
This is the story of Thorgrim Frostborn - a dwarf of considerable renown in the village of Kharanos.

Thorgrim, a stout and determined dwarf, stood at the edge of Kharanos, his eyes fixed on the distant peaks of Ironforge.
The call of the Crusade resonated in his heart, urging him to leave the safety of his home and embark on a journey that would shape his destiny.
The village elders had spoken of the veteran Crusader who left just a couple of days ago for Ironforge.
Thorgrim knew that seeking his guidance was the first step on the path to becoming a true hero.
With his trusty warhammer slung over his shoulder, he marched through the winding paths of Dun Morogh, the crisp mountain air invigorating his spirit.

Navigating the corridors of Ironforge, Thorgrim sought out the Hall of Thanes, where the veteran Crusader was said to reside.
The echoes of his footsteps reverberated through the stone halls until he stood before a formidable door adorned with intricate dwarven engravings. With a knock, Thorgrim awaited entry.
The door creaked open, revealing a grizzled dwarf with a battle-worn visage.
Fulk Ironshield, the veteran Crusader, met Thorgrim's gaze with a scrutinizing stare.
What brings ye to the Hall of Thanes, lad ?
Thorgrim bowed respectfully.
I am Thorgrim Frostborn, seeking to join the Crusade and dedicate my warhammer to the cause of justice.
I wish to be your apprentice.
Fulk studied Thorgrim for a moment, then a gruff smile broke across his face.
Well met, Thorgrim Frostborn. Aye, I've heard tales of your clan's resilience. If ye seek to walk the Crusader's path, ye must prove yer mettle. I have a task for ye.
Thorgrim nodded eagerly, ready to prove himself.
Name it, and I shall undertake it with all my strength.
Fulk's gaze grew serious.
In Coldridge Valley, our brethren face threats from troggs and other foul creatures. Ye shall go there, aid the dwarves in need, and hone yer skills. Return when ye've proven ye can stand against the darkness.
Thorgrim accepted the task with a solemn nod.
