Lost character: Zann lvl 60 dwarf priest

Hello,

When I logged in some time ago still on classic onyxia, the character was completely ok.
Today I decided to log in and start playing on TBC and to my surprise, my priest is gone.
When logging in it says that I have a character on this realm. However, as soon as I click ‘enter realm’ the character list is empty.
I have submitted a relevant ticket - now in the form of a post with screenshots.
Has anyone experienced a similar problem?

Also, on other realms i have strange named characters:

Icecrown - lvl 1 rogue orc: C_7906064
Lordaeron - lvl38 warrior troll: C_6078136

This is the second situation with lost character when playing this server - i had lost a 70 rogue few years ago. I have two-factor verifications ON and no information about any break-in and selling my character on a market.
