Got saved for Gruul's Lair even tho I wasn't part of the group that killed it

Hi, not sure if this is a bug or I missed something, I joined a Gruul raid, we cleared the mobs and wiped at first boss and I didn't like the vibes and I ditched the group, and now it's showing me that I am saved for Gruul I have an ID even tho I was not a part of the raid and was not involved in killing it, I don't think this is how it's supposed to work can anyone explain please?

Hello! You get saved at boss engagement, not kill, so as soon as there was a pull attempt on HKM you were saved. It is the same in Heroics too, I believe.
