Reopening Report 27976 (or 28227)

Hello,

is there a way to reopen a report? I would like to reopen Report 27976 (or its duplication, 28227) before creating a new one with old stuff. For those curious, both reports are about the 'Hall of Reflection' quest and the unlootable subdued Quel'Dalar. I have opened an ingame ticket but I would like to talk with a staff representative before adding more background noise to the backlog.

Found a workaround for the tiny fraction of the playerbase that is

a) playing on a mac
b) on "Hall of Reflections" quest

Subdued Quel Dalar fell through the floor once defeated and it is not lootable. However it is still possible to target it with /tar command. Once targeted, push whichever keyboard button is bound to the "Interact with target" function. That will loot it.

(Considering that mac is not supported anymore, better some written stuff here rather than adding bkg noise with pointless tickets)
