Addon for linking chat between two or more guilds?

My guild is running into the 1000-member limit. And we can't kick just inactive people, 80% of them have been on in the last week.

So this has started me thinking, how can I expand? Sure, we can make another guild, but I want to tie chat together in both guilds.

Does anyone know any addon for this? Or other option?
