Was watching this video and noticed all the mages switched to arcane spec for Sindy(30 mins in). Anyone know why? Is arcane BIS spec for this fight or something? Does it require special tactics to pull off?

They are doing icc speedrun, not a normal run. In this fight to do more dps and take less damage from bomb stack (magic damage) you get everytime you cast a spell. So they are seeking incanter's absorption and prismatic clock talent. (It's only work due to theirs team, overgeard).
