MMR Dropping (rewards)

Hi GM, i read that we will not get tittles if we drop mmr too much, i dont know why it was problem but i want to know clear answer about it. so here is our situation: we up team to 2.3k and get full gear, then we wanted good stats new team and we dropped to 1450 and we started from there, will we get tittles in this team if we reach top 3? or what we have to do? if no: can we recreate new team drop till 1600 because if we dont drop mmr in 2700 mmr we will have 24 hour waiting ques.
