Monitor aggro in Healbot

Hello there.
I got HB and its settings from here https://forum.warmane.com/showthread.php?t=402945 and it's working fine, but I can't get it to show an aggro. I've enabled "monitor aggro" checkbox with the default settings, but there is no effect (tried in RDF). Is there any way to show an aggro in HB? It could be very handy to use righteous defense with that option.
