Will Primal Nether be available to purchase from G'eras?

At some point in TBC G'eras sold primal nether for 10 badges. I've only managed to get a single primal nether so maybe I'm speaking from a more emotional side here, but I wouldn't mind them being added to a the vendor.

Also, it's not like they would be easier to obtain since completing even one heroic a day has been almost impossible to due everyone constantly leaving.

patch 2.1 is when they first went to vendor and i believe 2.4 they become bind on equip.
