Just bought character recustomization but getting "Could not customize character

I just bought this service but I keep getting an error every time I try to customize my character. I've tried changing everything when it comes to apperanace. What do I do here? (I am not using client with WoD models)

same problem here doesnt work for me , i also bought race change afterwards and still same problem i wasted 30 coins for nothing

I haven’t applied the changes yet and haven’t entered the game, because I’m afraid that the service will disappear.

u can enter in the game it wont dissappear i tested all out

This may be due to the global gold cut. The service will probably be available tomorrow. I think there are huge lists of players being compiled now. But if this is so, why wasn’t access to the service simply closed until tomorrow?

i just did my recustomization from female to female , and used afterwards my racechange , race change works to change the gender

I want to take full advantage of the service. I don’t like my nickname, I want to change it and the gender too to female.

the recustumozation service doesnt work as intended. u cant change the gender as it saiys u can / u haver to pay the double into race change to swap the gender wich makes u play the same race ...

That's not the problem. And the fact is that an error appears when accepting changes: “It is impossible to change the character.” So when will it be possible? When will the service be available to use? I spent money.
