server shop return

hey, i bought a item on the server shop but i sent it to the wrong chareacter is there any way for me to retun it, or for the staf to send it to the correct character (in the meantime ive returned the item through the mail box, i have no idea if that will work).

Point items don't get the same support. You'll need to collect points and buy again.
