Ihaven't logged int the game for 2 days, and today I noticed that a lot of gold is missing from all my characters. How is this possible, and why did so much of my gold disappear?

Ihaven't logged int the game for 2 days, and today I noticed that a lot of gold is missing from all my characters. How is this possible, and why did so much of my gold disappear?
They are removing half of gold every time you are offline 2 days or more. Read news.
