Server PvE changes questions

Hi everyone!

I've been playing wow for a few years, official and private on and off. I know Lordaeron has some pve changes to make it more challenging, but I can't find if this changes are dungeons and raid only or also in the world. I personally prefer the Blizzlike experience, been having a lot of fun in this server, but I feel the enemy mobs have faster respawn time and also a wider aggro range, is this the case or is only my imagination cause it's been a while since I played a WotlK server.
