Client Broken?

Hey guys, I've been playing for a while and I just had an issue. It seems something is going on with my account? When I log in - all my characters are level 1 on the main screen (most of my characters are 40+).

If I login to my tauren druid - it loads a night elf / gnome skin for my player.

it's very weird. I have re-downloaded the client and it's still doing this.

I'm not sure how to fix.

I almost got a heartattack when I first login today -.-'
Please warmane be carefull with this, I am becoming an old guy it's not funny :)
