Got stuck in the death kingdom

So i was palying with my DK new character and having some fun, and died from fall damage cuz i was not looking at the screen at the time, when i came to revive my character just fell to the limbo and died in there, so i came back to revive waited the 30 secs, then i tried to click accept to revive but it was not working at all, i did /relaod and the balloon to revive just disappeared, i came back to find the spirit healer and there's SPIRIT HEALER NOWHERE. So i'm basically stuck, is there a way to revive without spirit healer/accept revive balloon?
