Account Recovery

Hello , I had an account under "bonemc" and when I tried to reset my account and get an email I didnt receive anything. Can I get some help with this?

I can't contact them via e-mail as it says the service is disabled - what else can I do? I have tried everything I can on my own.

What do you mean the service is disabled?
Show a screenshot of this error.

He means he clicked the "Contact us" link at the bottom of the forum instead of sending an email.

Just send it as you normally send an email.

Sorry if I am asking something obvious but what e-mail do I write to? I cant find one.
