[Need Game Master] The problem with points.

Hello.
About 2-3 months ago, I received a 5-day ban for ninja loot in a dungeon (I accidentally clicked "need"). Since then, I've had a problem: I can't get 0.8 points per day, but only 0.4 in my personal account. I also can't use this section of the forum to get help.
I wrote a ticket in the game, and the GM replied that I needed to write here on the forum. Help me get my account back to its previous state, when I could receive 0.8 points per day.
I didn't want to break the rules of the game, it was an accident.

There's no problem, it's just how the point system works. An account receives an extra 0.5 point for being in good standing, which means not getting banned. It will only come back after one year of no bans.
