General consensus is that RDF players are bad. Join a guild and run with them.
it's hard to find low lvl dungeon for exp, in guild, in global or via rdf system, that's the problem, maybe the "cross faction" dungeon sistem will help
It has been analyzed time and time again, it does nothing except you compete with RDF for the other faction's DPS and there are still low tank and healer numbers

I meant that activity in general is too low. There is not enough turnover in the RDF system.
Burning Crusade isn't a very "random-friendly" expansion. It didn't even originally have RDF, we just decided to leave it active as an option. Still, dungeons require a lot more organization and teamwork than in Wrath of the Lich King and later, while a lot of people who rely on RDF are looking to just auto-pilot them or to get carried. Many players just got burned learning that with failed runs.
getting a full grp of tank healer and 3 dps that cant do jack with cc is the dream... not really! If you're grp lacked 1-2 of either a hunter, warlock or mage it was pretty much doomed.
Normal dungeons haven't been terrible. I've been able to queue up and be successful farming reputation with almost all groups. There are a lot of well geared players entering dungeons at this stage.
Heroics on the other hand just don't work. I find players lack knowledge of the dungeons and will blame other players and their gear. You don't actually need much gear to clear heroics, you just need to know the tactics and approach it like any raid. Each class has a lot of tools that just don't get properly utilized. If you can learn the tactics and set up a group that works well with the dungeon then you have a very high chance of success.
