to get arena pts from solo q do you have to have 10 % of total games played that week or are 10 games enough, no matter if its only like 3% of total games?

to get arena pts from solo q do you have to have 10 % of total games played that week or are 10 games enough, no matter if its only like 3% of total games?
Team needs 10 games, players need 30%. These are minimums. That's for regular mode.
For solo queue you are your own team.
