Refound

I requested a refound on the website but by mistake i didnt select Shadowmurne and Glorenzelg (mentioned in the text message in the tiket) . GM who refound it did not read i think the message now 24h window pass and i cannot refound them any more. Can i get the refound on both weapons i have pics to prove it?

Open a normal General ticket and explain what happened.
Since you had opened a previous one and it was just miscommunication it should be fine.
