problem with a character

hello,
i have a few toons but this warrior on icecrown is having a problem.
this one cant mount in major cities. it dismounts right away. only works on outdoor.
it even didnt work on time of cavern dungeon although it was technically outdoor dungeon.
another problem i noticed was my battle cry doesnt show up when in party. it does show when im solo.
the other toons have none of these issues.

troubleshooting steps i took.
-deleted WDB folder
-disabled all addons
-deleted all addons
-deleted account folder

opening a support ticket doesnt work.
please help.

And you have the HD graphics pack...

Remove the HD graphics pack or download the game client again, problem solved
