I played on icc about 6-7 years ago and when I came back now I don't have a single character that I had then can anyone help me how to get my characters back or where to contact support so they can check?

Assuming you are on the right account, either they were removed in an inactivity clean-up or someone accessed your account at some point during all those years and sold/deleted your characters. Whichever the case, you would only be able to restore any character that happened to be deleted by someone within the last 30 days, using the Character Restoration tool in Services (https://www.warmane.com/account/services).
Ok but i stop play 2-3 years ago and now i wana to play again. I activait my acc and all my charachters are gone
