Ok so we all know moonkin form gives a lot of armor comparable to plate classes. But my actually point/question to all pve peoples is this:
15% dmg increase from 2 piece t10 bonus is huge. Omen of clarity procs of melee attacks and doesn't seem to have internal cd. So why not stand melee range to get autoattacks in between casts and increase proc uptime?
