Greetings,
Many people leave the battlegroung in-combat to avoid being killed, so do i, and many players.
But i find it annoying having the ability to leave the battleground in order to avoid being killed.
Make it so you can't leave a battleground if you are in-combat, same as Wintergrasp.

Isn't leaving a battleground and getting deserter debuff enough of a punishment?

There is a certain couple that would stop playing immediately if this was implemented.
PvP people are that petty? Well, I doubt anything will happen.
Let's humor the suggestion, just in the case this comes more prevalent issue, similar to people teleporting to RDF safety. Add the same 10 second no combat rule to leaving BG's.

The scenario that annoys me though are the players who play like cowards and use every utility to not die even if it means screwing their team over. So they sit there at 30 - 0 or whatever topping the charts scrap killing the easy targets. Then a smart player gets the upper hand on them cutting off their escape. Those players deserve to die instead of leaving. I have macros for /chicken and "YOU LOSE" just for those players.
By the way, because of what I assume is a bug, you can't read what people from the other team say during battlegrounds, so don't waste your time using the latter macro.Quote:
