Buff Relevancy of Naxx and Ulduar

Propose your optional changes below but this thread is simply a request to buff the relevancy of both of these raids, both to guild members and pug raiders.

Why:
Having more content to do will result in retainment of a larger player base. There is only so much ICC/RS/TOC a person can do to stay interested in wrath raiding. More value in older raids = More running of older raid content instead of fos/pos/hor spam as is the norm on warmane. Classic introduced the essence system and protocol dungeons, I feel that devalued raids and made new custom classic content that devalued the original wrath experience. I think any proposed changes should respect the original experience.
