Blackrock-TBC Tabards/Mounts for honor/ap

Why blackrock tbc has only outland factions tabards?

What about original wow pvp tabards?
scout/stone guard/warsong/defilers/frostwolf
private/knight/silverwing/arathor/stormpike
Also illidari purple/green tabards, there is one of coolest look and easiest to get on onyxia, but unoptaible on blackrock...

same with mounts. why there is no black war pvp mounts?
also i want to see something like daily/weekly quest for Anzu/ZG mounts

Why not? give us way to spend excess marks/honor
