Bored on Alliance

Hey there,

it’s been a while since I have been thinking of moving to Horde. Alliance does not provide the same anymore. PvE guilds are dead and those good guilds are already making only boost runs. It’s extremely hard to find a spot for myself as shaman in any guild. Although, Shaman would deal more DPS on Horde + it seems like Horde has got better World PvP. Alliance literally has become boring for me. I cannot find any decent guild, losing most BGs, and I am kinda tired of Stormwind, thus Shaman needs medaillon whatsoever on Horde too. It’s better to play such class on Horde. I feel like a burden. Nobody talks to me in-game, everybody is rude to me, toxicity is all spread around. Folks are trolling in RHC. I feel like Alliance has become a playground for modern children. Imagine you see most LFM Boost Runs, everybody wants 6.1+ for everything except icc10 and toc25. I am 6.1 myself, however there’s seriously no guild to play with. Top 1 guild is Russian, which language I do not understand. Many guilds are Spanish, which language I do not understand. Guilds that would be taken into my consideration are whether boost runs guilds or cannot make one single raid, cause everyone is BiS and lost purpose to play the game anymore. What am I supposed to do? I am clearly dissatisfied with this situation and perhaps it’s different and better on Horde. { I’d definitely miss the sound of Alliance’s Heroism, however I have been told I could swap the sound if I really wanted that.}

Ah… it was not like that in 2022 when I started playing here, something has changed the people. Summer time or what is going on?

Sure, you're free to have that opinion... but then what's the purpose of the thread if the first time someone disagrees you just hide behind that?
You make it look like this belongs in a personal blog post, not a discussion forum.

My advice for you is to try Horde, then you will know.

And what should be bad on Horde? Aren’t there PvE guilds? Yes, there are. Aren’t there PvP guilds? Yes, there are.
Is PvE content stronger than on Alliance? Yes, thanks to racial power. Does Alliance usually lose AV? Yes, they do.
Does Alliance have toxicity spread around guilds and PuGs? Yes it does.

What worse could happen on Horde then?

Go ahead, no one stops you from doing that. I'm playing both factions, although "racials" don't do anything if someone doesn't have the brains to use them properly. However I did start to change some chars to ally side because there are indeed sone really good 8/12 hc speedrun and lod guilds (can't advertise the names because it's against tos I think), but they are there if you search properly. Regarding wpvp, in my opinion getting a group of 10 ppl of lvl 80 to gank some levelers is not "wpvp", but yea everyone has their preference. I don't really get the point of the topic, is it just a rant to show that you prefer playing horde or you expect someone to tell you "oh no, don't do that?", because no one will ever tell you that lol. It's illogical if you start saying that you played alliance since 2022 and then your next message is "alliance is boring", or maybe me and majority of those reading this come to the conclussion that it's a "personal blog post", as written above.

The problems you describe are more related to the age of the server and certain "ancient" guilds, rather than the faction chosen. If you go full horde youll see its pretty much the same both sides.

Horde is better in every way. Except human racial for arena and tryhards on bgs. Go for it.
