Being disrespectful towards other faction

Is being disrespectful and hate other player because he plays alliance considered an in-game racism?

Only IRL racism counts.

But what if I don't give loot to player because he plays Undead race or is from specific guild I hate?

It's role playing. Many of the factions are in direct conflict with other factions, lore-wise. Really, Empire factions and Federation factions are basically in a state of war.
