Bis gear dps problem

Hello everyone, I apologize for the mistakes in advance but English is not my primary language... I've always played rogue but since I started wearing the gear bis my damage in raid seems reduced... in raid many rogue with lower gear than mine do much more damage than me as I did before equipping most of the best equipment.
