What are XP Rates?
What are Profession Rates?
What are Reputation Rates?
Will all rates increase with Onyixa Wotlk?

XP - x5 to 60, x3 to 70 (will probably be x5 to 70 x3 to 80 in wotlk following the previous trend)
Profession rates x1
Rep rates x1
I dont think they'll change anything other exp for 10 levels.

Up to. People can lower their individual xp rate, even down to x0.5.
