Is this against the rules?

To bring someone to a raid, kill marrowgar 1/12, then kick them and replace them after wasting their raid ID?

If so, this is being done A LOT on Lordaeron and the GM's need to do something about it.

What did the GMs tell you in the in-game ticket you created to ask that?

I didn't report it because I didn't get kicked. It was a guild member of mine for being associated with our guild. He was kicked immediately on the kill of marrowgar without loot rolls or anything.
