Is this normal? or is it a bug? wrathful gear

So i transmogged my wrathful mainset to the warlock sanctified gear (pve)
and i'm still using 1 piece santified, but the rest is wrathful


For some reason when i highlight over sanctified gear, it's 4 set bonus, but when i hover over wrathful gear, it doesn't have any set bonuses highlighted

It is normal.
