Debuff from report or inactive/no combat?

Where does it show the debuff? So i can see when i need to be in combat by

It should be visible with any other debuffs on you.

Both debuffs last one minute each. Therefore, if you are flagged by player reports, you are kicked after 1 min + 1 min, whilst if you are flagged by the automatic system, you are kicked after 1 min.
