I deleted the character and returned to the old team, my MMR remained but the rating disappeared along with the games played

I would like to get my rating back
after restoring a deleted character, I returned to the old team 2x2/3x3 mmr was saved, but the rating and game play were not. is it possible to somehow restore the rating?
