Hear me out - disconnects caused by EVERYTHING

I am trying to just ask everybody else out there because I believe what I am experiencing is not common.

I get random disconnects, a lot of it. It is not caused by bad internet. My latency is always green and rarely connection goes out. It is always caused by something that has happened in the game. Literally anything could cause it. And the moment I disconnect, I can always reconnect immediately, but the problem is ofc if I am in arena, then when I rejoin, I will be outside the arena, meaning the game had to kick me out of the arena leaving my partner(s) still in the arena alone, and when I were in dungeons then when I log in I will be outside the dungeon.

Some very specific things that can disconnect me:

Phasing into a new zone.
Some kind of casting I am doing is finished casting, like I cast holy light and the moment holy light countdown reaches 0 I will disconnect.
Random spell on-press.
When a BG ends and the results are supposed to pop up.

It doesn't matter if I am in combat or outside combat. It still keeps happening anyway. If I am in combat, then I can get back in the arena but that still means a good 10 seconds or so of me not active in the game. Because I will be experiencing that 'screen freeze' thing that happens when a disconnect is supposed to happen, followed by relogging and all that loading to finally bring me back in the game.

If I am facing a raid boss then I can still log back in the ongoing fight, but imagine if a mechanic is happening, like my character standing in some aoe?? 10 seconds is enough to kill me.

I tried playing the game with 0 addons, still keeps happening. I tried redownloading the wotlk client from warmane two times and the problem is still there.

I am very confused now.
