Addon request - some kind of rotation ticker

Hi, I'm learning Prot Pally tanking. I get a little distracted at times during combat when doing 9696 (mostly too fast). Is there an addon that's just a ticker or some kind of pulse that you can set to 1.5 seconds. Not tied to any specific ability. Just a pulse or ticker that displays on the UI? Something that will help me with a general 9696 rhythm when I'm not needing to break the rotation for certain circumstances.

What are you referring to with that 9696?

Hi Zorino! It's rotating 9-sec abilities and 6-sec abilities in a 9-6-9-6 order. For example - consecration, hammer of righteous, holy shield, shield of righteousness, etc.
