Are you referring specifically to Myst of Pandaria and would you like this feature on another patch as well?

Wrath of the Lich King didn't have transmogrification at all. The client has no support for it, reason why our team created a fully custom one. A "collection system" didn't come until even later, not only in a different core, but a different client version that supported it.
Your question is on a similar level to asking why can't you visit Pandaria in Icecrown and Lordaeron.
