Stuck in lava as spirit – can't resurrect or move

Hi everyone,

I’m stuck in a dungeon after falling into lava while returning to my corpse as a spirit. Now I can’t resurrect, move, or get out. I’ve tried relogging and restarting the game, but nothing helps.

I wasn’t sure where to report this, so I’m posting here in hopes that a GM or someone from the support team can help.
