PvP reputaion set (s0) with Phase 5?

Hey, I was wondering if you will add blue PvP set for reputation as catch up for Phase 5.

Technically supposed to be Sunwell. I think it should've been released way sooner though like it was in Classic because it really doesn't make sense in the game progression today. Last year we had Tier 0.5 early and it worked great like that.

Logically it should have been added in Phase 2. On Blackrock you would get a free PvP set just for making a character and convenient quests for PvE items but Onyxia can't even get a few items from reputation farm and now it's obsolete anyway.
