Title says it... perm ban ninja looters. THREE raids today had raid leaders ninja. I've reported every one of them but the consequences need to be more severe. Ninja looting plagues the community with toxicity.

We're not going to start permanently banning people for this on the first offense. Repeat offenses are longer until permanent.
