Balance spec druid question

I find balance druid in battlegrounds really cool and strong. Although, when I farm skinning and try to compete in balance pvp spec with approx 1200 resil I find that every good geared plate class can easily kill me including mages, hunters and rogues.

Even if I have 1300 + resil, I get easily farmed. Druids defensive cooldowns are barkskin and I guess nature's grasp. You need to kite a lot, plenty of mana goes away, its ridiculous how balance druid mana eater is. My hots may be dispelled as well, I am a decent dudu player but balance no longer is fun due to almost every other class may easily kill you. What do you think about this?

Just use all your spells.

Dots, roots, starfall, starfire,...., typhoon, roots, cast spell, barkskin, grasp, hots, dots, cast spell, cyclone, heal, cyclone, roots, starfire, typhoon, blablablabla...
With innervate, you should be able to kite. Just go practice duel even when you lose.
