First Aid Triage Quest to raise cap from 225-300 not appearing

Hi. I'm on Onyxia, Level 35, First aid 225. I checked the first aid NPC in Orgrimmar valley of spirits, and in Hammerfall Arathi, and neither one is giving the "triage" quest to unlock 225+ first aid. Are the requirements different on this server? In every version of the game I've played, it requires lvl 35 and first aid 225.

wow i feel dumb. i just realized my first aid skill was only at "222" not 225. I got the 3 points and the quest appeared.
