Have the ability on the website to link 2 premuim accounts. This would mainly be for people with numerous alts. A good usecase would be sending heirlooms via email since these are account bound items.

Nice suggestion ! There is also the possibility of exchanging characters between linked accounts and even transferring points and coins for free.

Would be used as RMT platform to buy/sell/trade characters.
Also, blizzard may've named heirlooms as "account bound items" but they couldn't be sent to characters in other realms. Also, them being "account bound" would mean they couldn't be sent to another account, even if linked, as they'd still be two different accounts.
Think this has been suggested before and always denied.
