Make world map great again

Hello, got here after couple failed attempts to move the world map from it's place. ElvUI doesn't work on it's own, Mapster or other dedicated map addons same. Put in combination with ElvUI still won't do the job. Moveanything while able to move other frames doesn't know anything about world map hence it won't touch it. Found couple versions of Blizzmove but none of them worked, not just for world map but those didn't worked at all with any other frames. Any idea what's locking the world map and how it can be moved around screen in whatever position then mid screen? Whatever experience you had with this and still working I'd like to hear about and appreciate. Cheers!

MoveAnything works just fine for me.

Edit: Oh, you mean World Map, not minimap?

Trying MoveAnything was actually my first try, since that didn't worked as I mentioned tried one by one other things. While always deleting interface, cache and WTF folder for a clean install tried Blizzmove then ElvUI, Mapster, Cartographer and so on. That damn big map in nailed in the middle.
