Bought an item with points to the wrong character ..

HI all,

I bought Serilas, Blood Blade of Invar One-Arm with points yesterday and during the site being down and up and the constant refreshing, bought the item on the wrong character . . (i have two in total :D ) The item is in my mailbox but it's bind when picked up and i dont want to claim it with my warrior but to transfer it to my rogue (one hand sword and all . . )

There's no support for point items being bought on a wrong character.
