Recover Accidentally Deleted Charactor

Good Morning,

My son accidentally deleted his lvl 50 character this morning. There doesn't seem to be a support email I can email and creating a ticket seems to only be for Ban Appeals. Just checking if anyone has any info how to recover this character or an email I can email etc. Thanks!
