cannot login to the e-mail's account

Hello, I haven't used my account for a long time and now I cannot log in into it because I have no access to my e-mail. I would like to change my e-mail to be able to provide the Authenticator code. Please help me with this

well its lost, you cant change email adress to an account that you don't have nor password nor email. Im not saying you are but lets imagen that you're someone who's trying to scam someones account since you know their email adress - how stupid this would be ? still some people try. However you cant recover account if you dont have access to email, simple as that, they don't care about IP or bank statements.
