Character animations not working

Hey,

I can't get the character animations to work properly in combat. I've tried using different graphic settings but most of the time my characters just stand there in combat, attacks and abilities register in game but no animations. Any tips on how to fix this?

Have you tried enabling vertical sync?

Yea, I've tried that and tripple buffering. Nothing seems to work for me
