"You have been disconnected from the server"

So I have this game on two different computers, one at home and one that I use at work on lunch break. At home I have no issues at all but the work computer disconnects me the instant I log in. I've tried deleting all cache files and verified that it isn't the work internet blocking me by connecting via phone tethering.
Any advice would be much appreciated.

First, make sure you are using the correct realm list then try again.

If the issue persists, please try the following steps:

1. Disable all addons.
2. Check if any BitTorrent or similar client is running in the background, and close it if so.
3. Move the game folder to another main directory (for example: Desktop or drive C:).
4. Add the game folder to your antivirus exception list.
5. Reinstall the full game client.
